What to get someone for a graduation gift?

I started a new job last month and another woman did as well. She and I became a little cool and she invited me to her graduation party. What should I bring as a little gift just a token of congrats to her?
She is about 40, but she is really cool.

About 40 and graduated from where…college??? In that case get her a gift certificate for a good pedicure. when you are in school full time you don’t have time to relax.

Maybe a beautiful picture frame, she can place her diploma or degree in it.

Definitely a card. You don’t have to do a gift (a card is just fine), but if you really want to do a gift, get her a book of some sort or a gift card to a spa.
If you’re pretty good friends, you could consider getting her “Oh The Places You’ll Go” by Dr. Seuss, which is a typical high school graduation gift. She might get a kick out of that.
