What is a great birthday gift that I can get my girlfriend for her birthday?

My girlfriend birthday is coming up. We are both a strong black couple who been together for almost 3 years. We are both 21, and she will be 22 before me. I want to get her something extravagant, yet something she has never had. I have bought her jewelry, gift cards, flowers and stuff before. I want to switch it up. I need all the advice I can get! Its quite hard to buy women things after a certain amount of time in a relationship! Women can be very picky! HELP PLEASE!

do something fun, maybe rent a hot air ballon for an evening then take her out to dinner.
