What is a good graduation gift for your best friend?

I am a sophomore and my best friend is a senior this year. I am terrified of losing contact with her and I want to get her an awesome graduation gift! I was thinking about making a little gag gift box about personal inside jokes, but I also want to get her a real gift. Any ideas?
