What are some suggestions for a thoughtful gift to give my friend for Christmas?

I’m very good friends with this girl who I like very much, she knows this, yet nothing has progressed beyond that point. I want to get her a nice thoughtful Christmas gift that isn’t too personal, yet has some thought put into it. I don’t really want to just buy something generic because she deserves something special, however I’m a little short on ideas.
If it helps, some of her favorite things are: the color green, anything related to the ocean, country music, Christian music, photography, the Florida Gators, dogs, playing guitar.

Hmmm maybe make her a collage of pictures of you two and put it in a picture frame.. It would only be about 10 dollars. And im sure she would love it.. and it would go in her room…
