As a “retirement” gift to her fellow Employees, and to all the Board Members and Customers of Southwest, Colleen dreamed of and inspired the creation a new video about “Relationships.” It is her belief that “life is all about relationships” and that they are the principle building blocks of our Culture and of the success of Southwest. In this video, you’ll hear Colleen and some of the producers of, and participants in, the video talking about what it was like to plan and make the video. There are plans to post the actual video soon.
