I am not sure whether to buy a gift for a baby?

A family that I babysit for has two girls, ages 2 and 3. They are having a baby boy this weekend, and I am not sure whether to send a gift? I already bought an outfit for the baby and gifts for the girls to send. Should I send them?

Sure why not? You already bought them. Baby clothes always come in handy with a newborn. you have to change them quite frequently. I am sure they family will gladly accept the gifts.
