housewarming gift for people we barely know?

A family moved into my neighborhood. They invited us to a housewarming party and I needed some ideas for a housewarming gift. I dont really know anything about them so any help would be very helpful.

i think the nicest thing you could do, would be to give them your phone number, and tell them to ring if ever in doubt.
