This is the craziest shit I’ve ever seen. My initial inhale/exhale was a 5 at best, and after doing the tapping only once, it was a healthy NINE. EFT fucking rocks. Cheers Brad.

Brad thanks so much for this video! I did this just twice last night and found myself breathing at a level I had previously been able to reach only after deep meditation. Awesome tool! Really appreciate it, and you!

Tap “Even though I might benefit from this action I’m taking, I choose to love and accept myself…” It’s okay to benefit from your actions. The more you do, the more it feels good, and the more likely you are to do even more, which benefits even more people. I don’t believe that the things we do benefit others more if they come at our expense. You may already know this, but I hope this might be a valuable point for others who might read this.

Thank you – but don’t be fooled. Doing these videos is not a sacrafice – I get many rewards from doing them. Not only are they fun, but I benefit from teh tappign, too.
I hope that doesn’t devalue the videos for you. There are few if any truly altrustic actions – anything we do, we do because we get some kind of benefit – if only the feeling that we are doing the right thing – sometimes that is a strong enough motivation to overcome any challenges.

Your videos are so helpful, and you have the welfare of others in mind instead of yourself. There are many videos online, but yours seems to be not only the most helpful, but a true example of selfsacrificing. Thank you.

Just what I needed this morning. And – I was just thinking lately how the ‘disclaimer’ at the top of the session can be distracting (when you want to ‘get on with it’) – so the text disclaimer in the beginning is perfect!
