I would get her a ride on toy. She’s getting older and would probably want to experiment with “big girl” things. My son has this riding toy that he absolutely loves, and spends alot of time on it. If you do get one though make sure it’s low to the ground. Books are also good at that age, and the ones that make noise are even more fun. Really just look at the age ranges on the toys those are usually right on.

Children start to walk sometime around their first birthdays. A toy she can hold onto and push will help her keep her balance as she develops her walking skills. Fisher Price makes a cute shopping cart and a cute doll stroller. Another cute toy is the the Fisher Price “My First Purse”. It is a pink, furry purse that holds a crinkly dollar bill, a little unbreakable mirror, a fake lipstick and a key ring that is a teether. My own favorite gifts for children are books. Board books are good because the pages don’t rip. Children also like the “lift the flap”books.

Push & Ride Car by Little Tikes. I bought this for my son for his first birthday and he still loves it 2 years later!
